It is with sadness that I Have to inform you of the death on the 28th May 2022 of ex D/Sgt 577 Phillip Francis James GREATOREX, 79 years, after a short illness with Cancer. His next of kin is his wife Mrs Minnie Greatorex.
Phillip served in the Derby area on CID, Special Branch and Regional Crime Squad. He retired in 1988. His funeral has been arranged for 2.30pm on Wednesday 22nd Jun, 2022 at Markeaton Crematorium, Markeaton Lane, Derby DE22 4NH. Sean Murphy (Secretary)

An enthusiastic Det.Sgt at Derby West CID who I later met when working at Safepharm where he was in charge of Security after he gave up being a publican in Leicestershire for many years,
