It is with sadness that I have to inform you of the death on Wednesday 11th October 2023 of ex DC 1460 Michael HUMPHREY, 73 years. His next of kin is his daughter Ms Kelly Farrell.
Mick served mainly in Derby, in CID and latterly with the Regional Crime Squad at Nottingham. He retired on medical ill health following an accident in about 1994. He was only diagnosed with Cancer in August this year but it spread very quickly. There will be no funeral as Mick wanted a Direct Cremation. However if anyone would like to make a donation, Mick nominated the Derbyshire Branch of NARPO via Thomas Ryde, Funeral Directors Bridge St., Belper. Sean Murphy (Secretary)
