Sean Murphy (Secretary) It’s with deep regret that I inform you of the passing on the 8th December 2021 of George MULDOON, 88yrs, of Clay Cross. Janitor and friend to everyone at Beetwell Street for some twenty years he became part of the very fabric of C Division through the 80’s and 90’s. His cheerfulness and wicked sense of humour endeared him to all. A fine fine man. A civilian employee, he was without doubt the best bobby Derbyshire never had. He was an elder brother of Fran Muldoon. RIP George. No collar number required!

George was a top bloke, always had time for a laugh and a joke whilst getting on with his work. Certainly shared the same familial traits of his dear departed brother Fran. A well liked and respected fella.
