David William BURROWS

It is with sadness that I have to inform you of the death, after a short illness, on 23rd November 2022 of ex C/Insp David William BURROWS, 80 years. His next of kin is his wife, Wendy Maureen Burrows. However their nephew, Mr Shaun Fairbrother, is Executor and trustee; and as such is dealing with all correspondence.

David joined Derbyshire Police in 1968 and retired in 1997 as Chief Inspector.  He served mainly in Chesterfield and area.

His funeral has been arranged for 3pm on Wednesday 21st December 2022 at Bretby Crematorium, Geary Lane, Burton on Trent DE15 0QE.
