Antony (Tony) Charles EYRE

It is with sadness that I have to inform you of the death from Cancer, in hospital following an operation and a 5 week stay, on Friday 9th June 2023 of ex Insp 952 Antony (Tony) Charles EYRE, 67 years. His next of kin is his wife, Mrs Veronica Eyre.

Tony retired in 2006 after serving mainly in the Buxton area and heading up the Community Safety section at Darley Dale and Ripley.

His funeral has been arranged for 1.30pm on Tuesday 4th July 2023, in the Cypress Chapel, Stockport Crematorium, Buxton Road, Heaviley, Stockport, Cheshire SK2 6LS
