It is with sadness that I have to inform you of the death on the 17th March 2025, peacefully at home, of ex DC 605 John DIXON. He had a partner Margaret and his next of kin is his son James Dixon to whom any correspondence should be sent.
John retired in about 1986 having served in Frecheville (now South Yorkshire), Codnor where he was the community beat officer and lastly in CID at Derby, until his retirement. John’s funeral has been arranged for 1.00pm on Thursday 24th April 2025 at Mickleover Crematorium (Round Chapel). Family flowers only and any donations to The British Legion. Sean Murphy (Secretary)
