It is with sadness that I have to inform you of the death on Wednesday 24th June 2026, at the Royal Derby hospital after a long illness, of former PC Alan Charles FOGELL, 85 yrs.
We believe that Alan served in the Derbyshire Constabulary before becoming a well known sign-writer. Alan will be sadly missed by his nearest devoted family members. He was not a member of NARPO. A funeral service was held on Tuesday 21st July 2026 in the Chapel at Duffield Cemetery, prior to burial. Ian Louch (Chair Derbys NARPO)
